How I'm paid

It costs you nothing. Here's how that works.

You should know how your broker gets paid before you talk to one. Here it is in plain English.

The short answer

Working with me costs you nothing. I don't charge a fee for a call, for comparing your options, for help with enrollment, or for support after you enroll.

When you enroll in a plan, the insurance company pays me. That is the usual way health insurance brokers are paid. If you decide not to enroll, I'm not paid, and you still owe me nothing.

What that means for you

  • You never get a bill from me. There is no fee to work with me, before or after you enroll.
  • My help comes at no added cost. You pay the plan's premium, and nothing on top of it for my help.
  • Your premium goes to the insurance company, not to me.
  • Talking to me doesn't commit you to anything. You can ask questions, see your options, and decide later or not at all.
